The battle continues between The Cadets and Bluecoats. The last few times The Cadets and Bluecoats faced off, one of them pulled ahead of the other but tonight, The Cadets came up ahead of Bluecoats but almost a full point. Although Bluecoats beat them in Visual Analysis, The Cadets still come out ahead in General Effect 1, General Effect 2, and Percussion.

Not following too far behind, Carolina Crown is not making it easy for the other corps. The pulled ahead of everyone in Music and pulled ahead of Bluecoats in Percussion. The Cadets, Bluecoats, and Carolina Crown are all within a half point of eachother in General Effect. I feel like this is something that will happen throughout the season. Each show has incredible programs and I think it's great to see them go head to head like this at every competition.

Sitting in somewhat of an island, The Cavaliers are not falling far behind Carolina Crown with "Game On". Although they are three point behind Carolina Crown, they do show signs of closing that gap later on in the season.

Moving to Crossmen, it looks like the have pushed ahead of Boston Crusafers by more than a point! Even with that point difference, Boston Crusaders pushed ahead of Crossmen in many captions as well. Boston Crusaders came ahead of Crossmen in General Effect 1, Music Analysis, and Music Percussion.

Although the score difference is quite large between Colts and Boston Crusaders, Colts show signs of closing that gap as well. They are less than a point away in Visual Analysis, Music Analysis, and Music Percussion.

Overall, this season is already very competitive and it's going to be very exciting once all corps meet for the first time in San Antonio. I'm very much looking foward to see how not only the rest of the season is going to play out, but even the next competition.
