Even if only seven corps clashed between eachother in Cedarburg, you wouldn't still be able to fathom the dogfight in the World Class division, where the first three corps overlapped eachother in "who did what better". With Madison Scouts taking in first of the world class division at a 73.700 and Genesis at a 55.900 of the open class division, progress can easily be observed by how far these corps have come throughout the season, especially at their current placement in the season. As well, Pioneer is immensely growing at their current rate. They've been known to be the under corps of the world class division, however they've been progressing more and more by each day, which will mean a bright future for their corps soon. However, they still remain an outlier in the closeness of the scores between Madison Scouts, Blue Stars, and Colts.

In World Class, the three had fairly close scores, not as close as some of the spreads we've seen in previous shows or the top five corps at this moment, but in the sense of their caption placement. As shown below, in their order of placement in captions:

The corps had excelled at various different aspects of their performance, giving them a slighter advantage over the others, but with the caption scores so close to eachother, it's nearly impossible to predict the scores unless at least one of them had gotten straight 1's, 2's, or 3's across the board.
